Local Delivery Policy
Delivery Processing Time & Cost
All orders are delivered from approx 1am to 6am on your selected start date that you choose at checkout. Available start dates are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If there will be a delay in processing time of your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.
For deliveries in South Florida Tri-County (Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach)
Miami Dade County is approx $4.99
Broward & Palm Beach County is approx $9.99
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you do not see your order on your start date by 7am please notify us ASAP so we can contact the delivery driver to receive an update on your order.
If you live in an apartment building or a community with a guard gate you will need to provide us with accurate details to be able to access your community at check out under โOrder/Delivery Notesโ. If you need us to add the delivery driverโs name for a 1 time delivery please leave us a message under order/delivery notes so we can update you ahead of time.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed on the upcoming Monday/Tuesday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays to avoid spoilage.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping takes 1-3 Days depending how close you are to our production facility in Miami, FL. We ship using UPS at a flat rate of $34.99 nation wide. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Soflodetox.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim to be able to take pictures for proof.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
